In conjunction with the Martial Art Combative Sports, Fitness and Self-defence classes, AIMA provides a holistic environment with Health Exercise Classes and Treatments. Health Exercise Classes like Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Dynamic Stretching help the body and mind maintain its supple nature while becoming robust. Our revitalising Remedial Massage and Acupressure treatments are available for all visitors and members and require an appointment. Our Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Dynamic Stretching classes are an excellent supplement to these treatments by maintaining the balance and vitality acquired during your treatment. Alternatively, our Massage treatments are also extremely beneficial and support any of the holistic exercise classes for better recovery time, additional energy for more and effective training and a full range of movement, not to mention a better state of mind.
