Our revitalising Therapeutic Massages are available for all our visitors and members by appointment only.  If you would like a more complete holistic approach to your treatment, why not try one of our holistic packages which include your choice of massage and one or a combination of the health exercise programs we have to offer in a one on one private session.

Our health exercise programs consist of Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Nei Kung classes. In the Holistic Package these classes are private which means they are individualised according to each persons needs as well as the possibility to achieve a speedy progression.  They are also an excellent supplement to our martial art Kung-Fu programs, helping maintain the balance and vitality required to achieve the higher levels of the internal martial arts system.

Also, having regular therapeutic massages can improve your recovery and ability while participating in any of the health or martial art classes including living your life.
