As a new member, before attending a trial group Kung-fu class, a free pre-requisite class is offered after you register and join. This PR class is for preparing you for your first few classes, going over the Kung-fu classroom etiquette and formalities as well as the beginner warm up routine and other relevant class membership information. This online session will be added to your membership for free and as long as your membership is active, you will have access to it, therefore you can always go back and revisit this session.
We recommend accessing it and practicing it before your first class so you can have experienced the class etiquette and warm ups prior to your first class and not to feel left out or lost as a beginner, but as part of the class.
This will replace the free trial class and from February 2023 there will be no free trial classes offered, however, AIMA will still be offering a 50% Discount for your Trial and a 25% Join Up Discount for new members off their first chosen Membership Level directly after their trials. However, if you take a break after your trials to think about joining and then come back later (after 7 Days) you will loose your 50% Trial Offer Discount but still be eligible for the first new membership 25% discount offer up to 14 days only before you loose all your discount offers, including your first new membership discount.
If you want to continue to trial classes of the same program, your fees would be at the full base price for each class again up to 5 classes maximum, otherwise reverting to a casual fee at 50%
The new membership Trial Offer must be for a minimum of 3 paid can choose how many paid trial classes they would like, up to 5 classes for each program they have an interest in, before they are required to choose whether to join, continue as a casual member or obviously discontinue.
A Trial Class fee will be discounted of the standard base fee at 25%
A Casual member attracts a 50% increase on the standard base fee e.g. If the base membership fee is $20 a casual fee would be $30 per class moving forward after their trials.
A video available to members for an online pre-requisite video session will be available soon, which will make this session easier to attend and access soon after you register and sign up.
